Health and Safety is a major priority of MK Contracts Ltd, and we are dedicated to providing the safest working environment possible for all our employees and sub-contractors. We have dedicated Health & Safety managers who regularly attend site to carry out onsite inspections to ensure the highest possible levels of performance are reached every time.

MK Contracts Ltd are committed to maintaining the highest standards in Health and safety, for our employees and sub-contractors, building occupiers and members of the public from the start of a project until the clients hand over. All in accordance with Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999, the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007, the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and other relevant legislation.

The companies Health and safety Policy details the responsibility of health and safety matters at all levels of management and is available to all employees and sub-contractors working for MK Contracts Ltd. Our H&S is reviewed on a regular basis to ensure that all changes in legislation are adhered to. Incorporated and that our procedures and their implementation are adhered to and remain effective.

Site/project managers are responsible of ensuring safe working practices throughout the duration of the project and implementing the Health, Safety and Environmental Plan.
